ISTANBUL (AA) - King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi capital Riyadh announced Saturday that domestic flights and international services operated by national airlines would use designated terminals starting Sunday.
In a notice to passengers, the airport said Terminal 1 would handle domestic flights, while Terminal 2 would serve international flights operated by national carriers, effective Oct. 25.
Passengers with confirmed bookings were advised to contact their airlines to verify their flight and reservation status before traveling to the airport.
King Khalid International Airport is among several Saudi airports targeted in recent attacks claimed by Yemen's Houthi group, some of which have caused civilian casualties and disrupted air travel.
