ISTANBUL (AA) - Saudi authorities said Monday that danger has passed in the capital Riyadh and Al-Kharj province following early warning alerts issued for both areas.
In a statement on US social media company X, the Saudi Civil Defense urged residents to follow official instructions and "avoid gathering and filming."
The announcement followed earlier alerts issued by authorities to "warn of a danger" in the two areas.
The warnings came amid escalating hostilities between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Houthi group, including missile and drone attacks targeting the kingdom.
