Türkiye promotes OTS summit with video message on shared future

ANKARA, TÜRKİYE - OCT. 29, 2026: Türkiye's Communications Directorate shared a promotional video on Wednesday, October 29, for the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, which is being held in Ankara under the theme "Turkic Century: Unity in Language, Thought and Deed."

In a post on its social media account, the directorate said Türkiye was hosting the summit in Ankara on October 29-30 and emphasized unity in language, solidarity in thought and shared determination in action into the future.

The video highlighted the common history, cultural memory and brotherhood linking Turkic peoples across different geographies.

It said some stories continue across generations and live on in different lands, while a shared memory helps people recognize and understand one another.

The video also said this common memory inspires new dreams and that leaders were gathering in Ankara under Türkiye's hosting to shape a common future.

It added that the summit aimed to strengthen brotherhood and carry cooperation to new horizons.
