Zelenskyy arrives in Oslo for talks on Russia-Ukraine war

OSLO, NORWAY - OCTOBER 20, 2026: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Oslo on Tuesday for talks on the Russia-Ukraine war.

The meeting in the Norwegian capital is expected to be attended by Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff, and Trump's special envoy and son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Representatives from the E4 countries — the UK, France, Germany and Poland — as well as the European Union and NATO are also expected to attend.
