KHAN YUNIS, GAZA, PALESTINE - OCTOBER 20: A group of injured and sick Palestinian patients, accompanied by their caregivers, arrive by bus at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza, Palestine on October 20, 2026, after entering through the Rafah Border Crossing. Following medical treatment in Egypt, the patients re-entered the enclave under limited crossing permissions granted by Israeli authorities and reunited with family members.
