SAINT-DENIS, FRANCE - OCT. 28, 2026: Hundreds of demonstrators gathered outside the town hall in Saint-Denis, France, on Wednesday, Oct. 28, to protest racism following a deadly terrorist attack last week.
Protesters observed a minute of silence in memory of Pengo Bossio Wangi, a French man of Congolese origin who was killed in a racially motivated attack in Yvelines on Oct. 23.
