Peruvian, Ecuadorian presidents meet in Lima for 17th Binational Cabinet talks

LIMA, PERU - OCT. 20: Peruvian President Keiko Fujimori hosted Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa at the Government Palace in Lima on Tuesday, Oct. 20, leading the 17th Peru-Ecuador Binational Cabinet meeting.

The talks centered on strengthening bilateral relations, advancing economic integration, and expanding regional security cooperation between the neighboring countries.

The summit is expected to conclude with the signing of a joint declaration and the adoption of the Lima Action Plan 2026, a framework focusing on coordinated efforts against organized crime and enhanced border security.
