Turkish foreign minister and Iraqi parliament speaker meet in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, IRAQ - OCT. 17: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Iraqi parliament speaker Haibat al-Halbousi in Baghdad on Saturday, Oct. 17.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 52nd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
