Turkish president receives Azerbaijani foreign minister in Ankara

ANKARA, TÜRKİYE - OCT. 30: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday, Oct. 30, received Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in the capital Ankara.

Erdogan met with Bayramov, who was in Ankara to attend the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), at the Presidential Complex.

Established in 2009, the OTS was formerly known as the Turkic Council.

Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan are member states, while Turkmenistan, Hungary, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and the Economic Cooperation Organization hold observer status.
